It also managed the centres’ websites and social networks. Today, the ambitions are much broader, ranging from loyalty programmes to indoor geolocation tools with augmented reality, and from innovative touchscreen interfaces to management dashboards. Meanwhile, our roots made us continuously innovate our audiovisual strategy for LED videowalls in shopping centres. Our new product offering gained serious interest from large international players, whom we aim to supply a unique product, unheard of in the shopping centre industry today.

They currently have a team of 5 members based in Laren, Netherlands and Brussels, Belgium.  Team members are between 26 and 34 years old, offering a young culture. They are autonomous and good communicators. Backgrounds are audiovisual, technical, commercial, and graphical design. You’ll find a diverse group of people who are working hard for the same goals, and have great fun doing it.

Who are we looking for?

You have a higher education degree in audiovisual studies specialized in video editing. You have between 2 – 4 years of experience in video editing and can show us good examples of your work. You can quickly adopt knowledge of our broadcasting software and improve the way we use it. Furthermore, you are constantly on the lookout for new innovations in the audiovisual field and love to try these out. You are an autonomous worker. You are very precise and are able to criticize yourself and thoroughly check your own work, before 100.000+ consumers check it for you. You have a good level of English. Other languages are a plus.

What will you do?  

• Research fun or interesting content to show to target mass public
• Build and improve video loops with broadcast software
• Make and improve video animations for large screen broadcast
• Generate fun ideas for interaction & games between large LED screens and people
• Responsible for our narrowcasting

Who are we looking for?

You have a higher education Master level degree and have a customer-focused mindset. You have experience in English-spoken environments and you have a background in online media. You have between 3 – 5 years of experience in account management and product implementation at an <50 employees company. You can show us excellent examples of implementing a product, and integrating it in the customer’s environment. You have a good knowledge of Facebook, Foursquare, Twitter, YouTube and actually use them. Furthermore, you are constantly on the lookout for new innovations in the internet space and love to try these out. You love to take up challenges. You have a natural attention for detail and a self-driven desire to improve and fix things. You have strict work ethics on structure and organization. You have infectuous enthusiasm and are strongly driven to satisfy each of your customers. Customers are delighted to work with you because of you, regardless of the product. You are flexible about travelling. You are fluent in business English and you have flawless English written skills. Other languages are a plus.

What will you do?  

• Structure customer demands with Head of Business Development who brought in the new customer.
• Welcome new customers and help them with their additional questions and demands.
• Organize and line-up all elements needed for product implementation.
• Set-up, structure, push, and finish product implementation for each customer.
• Continuously inform your customers on the implementation process and its progress.
• Work closely with Head Developer and Head of Product to meet customer go-live deadlines.
• Be responsible for our product implementation and customer satisfaction.

Furthermore, you are constantly on the lookout for new innovations in the internet space and love to try these out. You love to take up challenges and have an infectuous enthusiasm. You are good at setting out and implementing new strategies, but are not reluctant to make a dozen cold calls before you start your day. You are able to execute and improve the strategy and you are willing to take us into new countries in Europe and overseas. You will go through walls if necessary. You are flexible about travelling. You are fluent in business English and you have flawless English written skills. You preferably speak one or more of these languages as well: Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Italian, Russian.

What will you do?

• Research, define, and cold call prime leads in European + intercontinental market
• Convert cold leads and existing leads into long-term clients
• Discover, study, and penetrate new shopping centre markets internationally
• Translate market demands to the right product improvement needs
• Improve and broaden existing sales material (pitch, case studies, website)
• Responsible for our revenue growth
